I would absolutely recommend Allen & Sons Plumbing! I thought I had a leaking water heater at my rental property in Oakland because water was seeping under the laminate floors. I called after hours and Roman picked up right away, answering all my questions and letting me know he could come out the next day. My renter and I had already turned off and drained the water heater. Roman arrived right on time with his coworker Cory. After checking things out, they found the real problem was actually a slab leak, not the water heater like I assumed. He gave me an honest quote that was lower than I expected and said they could get started right away. The next morning, Ezekiel and Cory showed up on time, ready to get to work. They worked hard all day, only taking a short break. They were polite, professional, and made sure to keep everything neat, being careful around my renter’s belongings. The job took two days, and they came back first thing the following morning, working straight through until everything was done. After finishing, they walked me through everything they had fixed and made sure the place looked spotless—you could barely tell any plumbing work had been done! Two plumbers from Allen & Sons Plumbing came out to my home in Oakland. The first plumber, Cory, was friendly and professional. He took his time to explain everything and needed to leave briefly to pick up some additional parts for the job. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the high level of service. Later, Roman came by to fix a small leak, and I have to say, he was truly outstanding. Roman was personable, efficient, and shared a lot of helpful information about my home’s plumbing and what maintenance I might need in the future. i'm really happy with my new plumber in oakland. after moving here from far away, it was tough to find reliable plumbing help. i called and cory set up a visit for a morning later that week since it wasn't urgent. he explained the best way to repair both of my showers and gave a fair estimate. they returned with the right parts and even updated the water line to my fridge so i could install a water filter. cory also gave me some great advice about my well. if you need a plumber, definitely give them a try—you won't be disappointed.
